If you meet the Minimum and Maximum Rent and Income Requirements listed above, then you must complete the form below to request an electronic copy of the Rental Application and Instructions. A copy will be emailed to you.
Mail the completed Application with ALL of the required supporting documents to Landlord’s Rental Agent:

Your Application, with ALL of the required supporting documents, must be received by Landlord’s Rental Agent prior to 5:00 pm EST on February 28, 2024.
Applications received on time will be selected by random selection and reviewed in chronological order.
If your Application is complete and you meet the eligibility requirements based on the preliminary document review, you will receive an email scheduling an appointment for an in-person interview to confirm your eligibility and to inspect the apartment that is being offered to you.
Even applicants who satisfy the eligibility requirements are not guaranteed an apartment as all applicants are subject to the random selection process.
