Applications must be received at this address by MM/DD/YYYY to be considered for the lottery.
Within 15 days following MM/DD/YYYY, applications will be selected by blind drawing and reviewed in chronological order.
If your application is selected in the lottery, but is incomplete then you will be advised in writing (which may be by email) of the deficiency and given a period of 5 business days to submit a fully completed application.
If your application is determined to be complete and you meet the eligibility requirements based on the preliminary document review, you will be given a notice by email scheduling an appointment for an in-person interview to confirm your eligibility and to inspect the apartment that is being offered to you.
Submission of an Application and supporting documents does not guarantee that an apartment will be offered to any applicant. Even applicants who satisfy the eligibility requirements are not guaranteed an apartment as all applicants are subject to a random selection process.
